Welcome to SAPO – Statistical Assistant. These Terms of Service govern your use of the premium subscription features available through our mobile application. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
- SAPO – Statistical Assistant offers premium features through a subscription model available on Google Play (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).
- Subscription prices vary by country and For example:
- Spain: €2.99/month or €24.99/year
- Other regions: Pricing is displayed in your local currency in the app
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
AUTO-RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
- The renewal charge will be applied to your Google Play or Apple App Store account 24 hours before your current subscription expires.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime:
- On Android (Google Play): Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play – Android – Google Play Help
- On iOS (Apple App Store): If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support
- If you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing No refunds are provided for partial use.
REFUND POLICY
- Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or per the refund policies of Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Refund requests should be made through the respective app store:
- If you experience billing issues, contact support@sapo.university for assistance.
CHANGES TO PRICING AND FEATURES
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features.
- If pricing changes affect your active subscription, you will receive prior notice and have the option to cancel before the new rate applies.
PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
- Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy

- We do not store payment All transactions are processed securely by Google Play and Apple App Store.
