DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPD) and its implementing regulations, neither the Application nor Biomáxima collects personally identifiable information from users. The Application solely uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display generic ads in the free version.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect data such as the average session duration, the number of sessions per daily active user, and the number of daily active users of the Application. This data is entirely anonymous and cannot be linked to any individual user.
Biomáxima does not have access to personal information and cannot identify users based on the collected data.
SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS AND ADS
- Generic ads are displayed in the free version of SAPO.
- Users who purchase a premium subscription (monthly or annual) will enjoy an ad-free experience.
- Subscriptions are managed exclusively through Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Any refund requests must comply with the policies of these platforms.
USER OPTIONS
Since the collected data is anonymous, it is not possible to delete individual user data. If you do not want anonymous usage data to be collected through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, you must stop using the Application.
